Why an agency publishes data
So you can check us.
The federal filing can lag a new build by months, so a market that sells every day can read as empty on paper. We run live checks on real addresses to close that gap, and we print the range with every rate.
Which ZIP codes hold the plant stays private. Everything else is here.
Providers report their own coverage to the FCC and those reports can be challenged. Advertised speeds are ceilings, not what a given house gets. Nothing on this page is a promise of territory, earnings, or service at any specific address.
