Fiber sales blitz
Yes, we run them. Here’s when, why, and what the trip covers.
In a lot of door-to-door work, the blitz is the whole job. Pack the car, hit a town hard, leave before it’s worked. Ours don’t run that way. We build every market we can around reps who live there, and send a crew only when a market needs one. That crew stays for as long as the turf keeps producing.
How we staff a market
In a market that can support a local team, we open with local teams and local reps, and we recruit more than the market needs, because not every new rep sticks.
If a local market still comes up short, we bring in experienced reps for a week or two while we recruit more. The doors keep producing until the local team can carry them.
Some fiber builds don’t have enough homes to keep a local team busy long term. That’s where a traveling crew fits, and it stays for as long as the turf keeps producing.
Blitz or stay
A blitz is a concentrated push on new doors, and it’s the best way to see a market before you move there. Staying is where it adds up. In a market where the network keeps getting built, new turf keeps opening up, so you aren’t hunting for the next town.
A concentrated push on doors in a market that needs a crew.
You travel in and live there while the push lasts.
It runs for as long as the turf keeps producing.
The best way to see a market before you move there.
Exclusive turf, no two reps on the same street, and more as the build grows.
A home base. No packing up when the push ends.
Customers who know your face and send you referrals.
Room to build a team under you, with an override on what it closes.
Every crew we send is there to hold a market until the local team can carry it, or to work a smaller build all the way through.
Housing and travel
Travel and housing are worked out before every trip and put in writing. What RCLX covers depends on the market and who’s traveling, whether that’s one rep or a whole team.
Pay runs the same as anywhere at RCLX: your full commission, as soon as we’re paid for the install.
Straight answers
A fiber sales blitz is a short, concentrated door-to-door push into one market, usually by a crew that travels in.
Yes, in two cases: to cover a local market that comes up short while we recruit more reps, and to work a build too small to support a local team. Markets that can hold a local team open with local reps first. A crew we send stays for as long as the turf keeps producing.
Yes, if you’ve sold door to door before. Travel and housing are worked out before the trip and put in writing, and what RCLX covers depends on your track record and the market.
As long as the turf keeps producing. When we bring reps in to cover a market while we hire, it’s usually a week or two.
It changes as builds open and fill, so we don’t post a list. Apply and a recruiter will tell you what’s open.
If the market can support you long term, yes, and that’s the outcome we want. Some builds are too small for anyone to stay, and we tell you that before you go.
The same as anywhere at RCLX: 1099, commission on completed installs, paid in full as soon as we’re paid for them. Paydays vary by provider and market, and every one shows up in your rep portal.

If there’s no live market within driving distance, you have two choices. Move to one, or come on a blitz and work the turf before you decide. The second one is usually the smarter first step.
Apply here and your recruiter knows you’re open to traveling. Put the city you’d work on the form, or where you’re coming from. A recruiter calls within 24 hours on weekdays.
