RCLX is an independent recruiting agency that builds and runs door-to-door sales teams for T-Mobile fiber. We recruit reps, train them, place them in active fiber markets, protect their territory, and run the back office so they can spend their time on doors instead of paperwork. Reps work as 1099 independent contractors on 100% commission, paid every two weeks on completed installs.
We recruit across the T-Mobile fiber footprint and open new markets as it grows. If you have never knocked a door, there is a training path. If you are already a closer, you pick your city.
What we do
A door-to-door sales rep is only as good as the system behind them. RCLX is that system. We find the people, run them through real training, and put them in a market where the fiber is already in the ground so they are offering a genuine upgrade, not a promise. Every rep gets a protected territory, so we never stack five people on the same street.
Behind the doors, we handle the parts most offices leave a rep to figure out alone: lead routing, install scheduling, count tracking, and a rep portal where every person can see their own numbers and pay. The rep knocks. We run everything else.
The product helps. Fiber is a cleaner sell than solar, pest, or alarms because people actually want faster internet, and the brand is one they trust before a rep says a word. The industry helps too: fiber reached more than 60% of US homes in 2025, up from around 43% in 2021, while the cable companies those homes are leaving have lost over a million customers each since 2023. The full sourced comparison of door-to-door industries lives on our door to door sales jobs page.
Two ways in
There is a path for both, and they do not run at the same speed on purpose.
Door 1 · New to the doors
Start with the full curriculum: pitch videos, scripts, word tracks, and objection-handling drills. Run the script, take the feedback, and get on real doors with a team around you instead of a clipboard and a good-luck. Fiber ramps first-timers faster than most people expect.
Door 2 · Already a closer
If you have worked fiber, solar, pest, or alarms, you skip the bottom rung. Hit your numbers early and the market opens up: protected territory, a team under you, and overrides on what your crew produces. In a state we have not opened yet? You can be the one to start it.
How we are different
Most offices hide the chargeback window until it bites someone. We say it out loud up front: you are paid once the install completes, and if that customer cancels within 120 days, the commission for that one deal comes off your next check. After 120 days the deal is locked and it is yours for good. Nobody gets surprised.
There is no base salary and no draw, which means your check is tied directly to your work. But there is also no quota built to wash you out and no cap on what you can earn. If pay is structurally off because of the wrong territory or the wrong fit, we adjust it. We coach before we cut.
Who runs RCLX
The training is built on his own work: the pitch videos reps study are his recorded sales, not actors reading a script, and the film-room breakdowns walk through real conversations at real doors.
Day to day he is in the business rather than above it. He recruits, he runs the onboarding curriculum, and he works on the back office, including the system that tracks every rep’s counts and pay. Reps who apply end up talking to the person who runs their market and their training, not a recruiter three layers removed. He is on LinkedIn under his own name.
Beyond individual reps
RCLX is not only for individual reps. If you already run a door-to-door sales organization, you can keep your crew and your name on the door and plug into our market access across the T-Mobile fiber footprint, plus the tech, the training, and the back office. Internet service providers looking for feet on the ground can work with us too.
