In most door-to-door industries there is one way up: recruit for the shop, hit the leaderboard, and hope the overrides keep coming. The structure above you owns everything you build.

Fiber runs on subcontractors. You start your own LLC, hire your people under it, get assigned ZIP codes nobody else can knock, and your company gets paid on everything your team produces. The crew is yours. The entity is yours. The production is yours.

Two to five reps is enough to start, and the paperwork is an LLC plus general liability insurance. Neither has to exist before we talk; most owners set both up after the first conversation, and we walk you through what the paperwork needs to say.

Turf

Assigned for keeps, enforced at the system level.

ZIP codes get assigned to one crew. Every sale is attached to a dealer code, so if another crew’s reps put sales up inside your ZIPs, both sides get notified and action gets taken. Most shops tell you the turf is protected. This one enforces it.

A crew that plants in a market keeps it as long as it produces. We don’t run blitz rotations, and we don’t take a block back to hand it to the next guy.

Turf gets earned. Crews that produce get their next request approved, and ours produce. Fiber is going in across the country right now, and when an owner names a city, we don’t guess: we run address-level checks ourselves, and if the doors are there we put in the turf request. More often than not the ZIPs come back assigned, exclusive, and enforced.
