Terms of Use

Last updated 2026-08-10

1. Who we are, and what this covers

RCLX LLC is a Florida limited liability company operating as an independent door-to-door sales and recruiting agency. These terms govern two things: the public website at rclx.us, and RCLX Payable, a private bookkeeping tool RCLX runs against its own QuickBooks Online company. RCLX is an independent recruiting and sales agency. RCLX and its services are not sponsored, certified, endorsed, or approved by, or affiliated with, Deutsche Telekom AG, T-Mobile USA, Inc., or their respective subsidiaries and affiliates.

Your privacy is covered separately by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

2. Using the website

You may read rclx.us and submit the recruiting form. You may not scrape it, resell its content, probe it for vulnerabilities, or submit information that is not yours to submit. Submitting the form starts a conversation about working with RCLX. It is not an offer of employment, a contract, or a guarantee of income, placement, or territory.

3. RCLX Payable, and who may use it

RCLX Payable is an internal tool. It is not sold, licensed, distributed, or made available to anyone outside RCLX, and it has no public sign-up. Access is limited to RCLX owners and personnel that RCLX authorizes directly.

Its only function is bookkeeping. It reads what RCLX already owes its own contractors and writes the matching vendor bills, vendor credits, and bill payment records into the RCLX QuickBooks Online company so the books reflect payments RCLX has already made by other means. It does not move money. It initiates no transfer, holds no payment credentials, and touches no banking rail.

4. What RCLX Payable accesses

When connected, the tool uses the QuickBooks Online Accounting scope against a single company file owned by RCLX. Within that file it reads the chart of accounts, vendor list, and existing bills and payments so it can avoid writing a duplicate, and it creates bills, vendor credits, and bill payments.

It reads no customer data, no banking credentials, and no data belonging to any third party. Nothing it reads is transmitted to any service other than Intuit. RCLX does not sell, share, or disclose this data.

5. Your data and your books

RCLX is solely responsible for the accuracy of its own accounting records. The tool produces bookkeeping entries for review, and every run can be previewed before anything is written. RCLX reviews those entries. Nothing in this tool is tax advice, accounting advice, or a substitute for a qualified accountant.

6. No warranty, and limits on liability

The site and the tool are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RCLX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from use of the site or the tool.

7. Connecting and disconnecting

RCLX Payable connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s standard OAuth authorization. Connecting requires an RCLX administrator to sign in to Intuit directly and approve the connection. RCLX Payable never receives or stores an Intuit password.

To disconnect it at any time, sign in to QuickBooks Online and open My integrations, which QuickBooks also calls Manage your apps. The quickest way there is to type “manage your apps” into the search box at the top of QuickBooks and choose My integrations under “Jump to”. Find RCLX Payable, open the three-dot menu on its card, and choose Disconnect. Access ends immediately. Any access token held locally stops working at once, and the bookkeeping records already written stay in the QuickBooks company, because they are part of the accounting record.

RCLX may also revoke access, retire the tool, or delete its stored authorization at any time without notice.

8. Trademarks

QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc., used here only to identify the service this tool connects to. RCLX is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc.

9. Changes

If we materially change these terms we will update the last-updated date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
