The opportunity

The best door to door opportunity we have in Florida is in Melbourne and Brevard County.

Three fiber builds going in at once, one agency holding the turf on all three, and a lead list that keeps growing. This is the ground floor of a major build. That is our call, made in our own name, and the reasons are right below, each one something we can show you.

Why we call it that

What makes Melbourne the one to take.

Three builds at once

Cocoa, Melbourne and Palm Bay are all going in the ground right now, and RCLX is the only agency with turf on all three.

3,600 leads today, growing

There are 3,600 leads in SalesRabbit today, mapped and assigned. New passes keep releasing, on track for around 12,000 by the end of the year.

The build is early, on purpose

Our own address checks in August 2026 came back with install dates running into 2027, and roughly one door in five was pre-order or coming soon. Years of territory are still ahead.

Center-out, then connected

The network is going in from the center of each city outward, and the three builds connect over the next few years. Early turf here compounds.

Every broadband number we publish for this market carries its source and its date on the Melbourne data page.

For crew leads

If you're building a team for somebody else.

Think about what you end up owning. Nothing. The turf, the accounts and the contracts are the company's, and the day you walk your team stays behind.

Fiber works differently. Subcontractors get hired here all the time. You start your own LLC, hire your people under it, get assigned ZIP codes nobody else can knock, and your company gets paid on everything your team produces. You own what you build, in a market that's still going in the ground.

Melbourne is open for exactly that. Two to five reps is enough to start, local or willing to plant here long term. Turf is assigned for keeps. A crew that plants in a market keeps it as long as it produces, and we don't run blitz rotations.

Turf

The turf is exclusive, and here's the mechanism.

ZIP codes get assigned to one agency. Once a ZIP is ours, no other agency knocks it. It gets enforced, too: every sale is attached to a dealer code, so if another agency's reps put sales up inside our ZIPs, both agencies get notified and action gets taken.

Most shops tell you the turf is protected. This one enforces it at the system level, and the same code protects you inside the agency. When you get a block it's yours. We don't take it back to hand it to the next guy.

What crew leads ask about Melbourne first.

What do I need to start a crew in Melbourne?+

An LLC and general liability insurance. Neither has to exist before we talk; most owners set both up after the first conversation, and we walk you through what the paperwork needs to say. Two to five reps is enough to start.

Do you take the turf back?+

No. ZIP codes in Melbourne, Palm Bay and Cocoa are assigned to one crew and stay assigned as long as they produce. We do not run blitz rotations, and we do not take a block back to hand it to the next guy.

Can I keep selling my current product?+

Yes. Plenty of owners run fiber as a second product first, keep their solar or pest book running, and shift weight as fiber earns it. Nothing here requires you to burn what you already built.
