How pay works
100% commission on completed installs, paid every two weeks, as a 1099 contractor. Below is the whole path from the door to the deposit, including the part where a sale can come back.
The structure
We tell you all four on day one.
Commission only
Every check is built from installs you closed. Slow week, small check. That’s the deal, and we say it before you sign anything.
Every two weeks
Commission calculates on installs that closed clean during the prior pay window. It drops every two weeks.
1099
You’re an independent contractor. You get a year-end 1099 and handle estimated quarterlies yourself. Gas and food in your home market are yours too, and many of those costs are deductible.
Team leaders
Build a team and you earn an override on every install your reps close, on top of your own. The rungs are named on the homepage.
Door to deposit
The sale starts it. The install date sets the pay.
You close at the door. Fiber is a bill they already pay. Twenty-minute close.
The network operator schedules the install and a tech connects the home. That’s when commission is earned.
Every two weeks, installs that closed clean in that window go to payroll.
First deposit typically lands 12 to 25 days after your first install, depending on where it falls in the window.
Your portal shows each install and each pay statement as it lands. Nobody texts a manager to find out what they’re owed.
The 120-day window
The window comes with the product. If a T-Mobile fiber customer cancels within 120 days of the install, the commission on that one sale reverses. It comes off your next check. It’s not a separate bill.
After 120 days the sale is locked. You hear the window on day one, so it never shows up as a surprise.
No. Pay is 100% commission on completed installs. The trade-off is plain: your work decides the number on the check.
When the install completes. A signed order that never installs pays nothing, which is why the install date matters more than the sale date.
Typically 12 to 25 days after your first install, depending on where it lands in the two-week pay window.
T-Mobile fiber carries a 120-day window. If the customer cancels within 120 days of the install, the commission on that one sale comes off your next check. After 120 days it is locked.
In your rep portal. It shows your installs, your pipeline and a pay statement for every payday, updated as installs land.
