Door 1 · New to the doors
You don’t need a sales background to sell T-Mobile fiber door to door. You need to show up, learn the script, and take feedback. We train you from the first script read to real doors, with a team around you.
The training
Run the script. Take feedback. The doors do the talking.
Pitch videos
You study recorded sales at real doors, broken down move by move. No actors reading lines.
Scripts and word tracks
You learn the exact pitch reps are running this month and drill it until it’s yours.
Objection drills
You’ll hear it a lot. The drills give you the answer before you need it, so the first time on a porch isn’t the first time you’ve said it.
Feedback
Coaching comes off the doors you knocked that day. Not a webinar.
Why fiber first
Nobody at the door is deciding whether to have internet. They’re deciding who to pay for it. That’s a smaller ask than a roof, a solar lease or an alarm contract.
No financing to fall through. Twenty-minute close. The network operator handles the install, and your commission lands on it.
Solar, pest and alarms work. They’re harder places to learn, because the sale is bigger and the cancel window is where it falls apart.
What it costs you
Commission only means the first weeks are the hardest. Here’s the timeline, start to first knock.
Name and phone. Resume optional.

About a week to get trained and credentialed through the hub.
You’re in territory with a team and a system behind you.
No. New reps start with the full curriculum: pitch videos, scripts, word tracks and objection-handling drills, then real doors with a team around them.
About a week to get trained and credentialed through the training hub.
No. Pay is 100% commission on completed installs, so your first deposit follows your first install, typically 12 to 25 days after it.
You do, in your home market. Most reps work the city they live in, and many of those costs are deductible at tax time.

Already knocked solar, pest or alarms? That’s a different door.
