RCLX reps train on real recorded doors. You start the day you sign, say every line out loud, and finish by pitching the whole thing live to your manager. Nobody knocks until the manager taps Passed. Our course runs on FiberPitch.
The mechanics
Run the script. Take feedback. The doors do the talking.
Day one
You get your course login right away and start the course the same day. Onboarding takes about a week, start to credentialed.
Real doors, on film
You study recorded sales at real doors, broken down move by move. Faces and house numbers are blurred and captions are added.
Say it out loud
On every practice door you say your line out loud, the way you would at that door. Only then do the three choices appear. Saying it first is what a real door asks for.
Practice doors
Each practice door follows one real recorded door, start to finish, in its real order: the homeowner’s real words and the next line that was really said. Warm doors, the homeowner who isn’t the decider, the 5G box, cable TV, and pushback.
Three starting points
At sign-up the course asks whether you’ve knocked doors before. Brand new, door to door but never fiber, or sold fiber: each starts in a different place, so you skip what you already know.
Field coaching
You learn the exact pitch reps are running this month and drill it until it’s yours. Coaching comes off the doors you knocked that day.
The course, in order
Every door runs the same five steps: Intro, Frame, Discovery, Solution, Close. The four stops teach them. The job covers everything after the yes.
Why the pitch works, one real door stopped at each step, the five rules, and the cheat sheet with the sound of every line.
The five steps in order, which step a line is, what comes next, then the whole pitch said out loud.
The homeowner speaks, you answer, you hear what was said on that door.
The plans, then the whole pitch, opener to close, for your manager.
Writing an order on your phone, what to do after the yes, and how your first day runs.
The finish line
The last step is Pitch it live. You give the whole pitch, opener to close, to your own manager. Only your manager can tap Passed, and the course isn’t done until they do. A pass means a manager heard it.
While you work through the course, a pre-field training lead checks in with you and can see where you are. Once your credentials are in and your pitch is passed, your manager takes over your turf and your first days in the field.
The course doesn’t teach prices. Prices and promotions change, so you get today’s from your manager and nothing you learned goes out of date.
Switching industries
If you’ve already worked the doors (fiber, solar, pest, alarms), you don’t start at the bottom. Tell the course you’ve knocked before and it starts you further in. What’s new is the fiber pitch itself, and that’s what the practice doors drill.

Feel it first
One practice door from the course is open to anyone. The homeowner speaks, you say your line out loud, then you pick the line that door got. No sign-up, nothing scored.

No. New reps start with the full curriculum: pitch videos, scripts, word tracks and objection-handling drills, then real doors with a team around them.

No. Pay is 100% commission on completed installs, so your first deposit follows your first install. We pay as soon as we’re paid for it, and you get the paydays for your market in writing before you start.
What your first weeks look like depends on the market you work. The lookup shows fiber, cable and fiber growth for every city and county, each next to its state median, from FCC filings.
Who trains you, whose streets you knock and when you get paid all come down to who you sign with. Ask any agency these, and get the answers in writing.
RCLX’s answer: Every rep works exclusive turf, so two reps are never put on the same street.
RCLX’s answer: Reps work as 1099 independent contractors on 100% commission, earned on completed installs.
RCLX’s answer: Commission is paid on the payday RCLX is paid for the install.
RCLX’s answer: If a customer cancels within 120 days of the install, the commission on that one sale comes off your next check. After 120 days the install is locked and stays yours.
RCLX’s answer: Every rep gets a portal that shows their installs, their pipeline and a pay statement for every payday.
