About RCLX
RCLX is an independent door-to-door sales agency for fiber internet providers, including T-Mobile Fiber. It builds local teams where the market can support one and brings in traveling reps where it cannot. RCLX recruits and runs the sales teams. The network operator builds and installs.
RCLX sells fiber internet door to door for fiber internet providers. T-Mobile Fiber is the largest network we sell, and we sell for other fiber providers too.
RCLX teams are on doors every week across the Southeast, Texas, the Midwest and the Northeast. Every market we recruit in is listed at rclx.us/cities.
Yes. RCLX LLC is a Florida limited liability company. Its document number is L25000531780, and the record is public on Sunbiz, the Florida Division of Corporations site.
For reps
No. If you have never knocked a door, there is a training path. If you are already a closer, you pick your city.
Reps work as 1099 independent contractors on 100% commission, earned on completed installs. Commission is paid on the payday RCLX is paid for the install. Paydays vary by provider and market, and you get yours in writing before you start.
1099. Reps are independent contractors, and nothing is withheld from a check. You get a year-end 1099 once your pay for the year passes the IRS reporting threshold, and you handle your own estimated taxes.
If a customer cancels within 120 days of the install, the commission on that one sale comes off your next check. After 120 days the install is locked and stays yours. A chargeback is never sent to you as a bill. If it is bigger than the check it lands on, the rest comes off the checks after it.
Every rep gets a portal that shows their installs, their pipeline and a pay statement for every payday. You don’t text a manager to find out what you’re owed.
Every rep works exclusive turf, so two reps are never put on the same street. Your turf is assigned to you by name in the same system that runs your pay, so there’s never a question of whose street is whose.
We sell T-Mobile Fiber and recruit in every metro it turns on. Every market we recruit in is listed at rclx.us/cities.
Real curriculum: pitch videos, scripts, word tracks, and objection-handling drills. You study recorded sales at real doors, broken down move by move. It takes about a week to get trained and credentialed through the training hub.
Yes. The course RCLX reps train on is available in Spanish, every lesson and every film’s captions, with one tap to switch. RCLX hires reps in the Rio Grande Valley, where many reps learn best in Spanish.
Yes. The ladder is Rep, Market Manager, Regional. If you’ve already worked the doors (fiber, solar, pest, alarms), you don’t start at the bottom.

For teams and agencies
Yes. We don't sign subcontractors. Crew owners sign direct with RCLX and run their team as a Market Manager, and every rep on the team signs their own RCLX contract. A crew can come over together.
A Market Manager earns on their own sales plus an override on the team's installs. The override is paid on the next payday after RCLX is paid for the install. The override comes only from installs by reps assigned to your team.
You keep leading your people. RCLX runs pay, the rep portal, training and payday for the whole team.
We open markets around teams and agencies. If you bring a crew, you are one of the teams the market opens with. Your turf is assigned before the market opens, and no other crew works it while it’s assigned to your team.
You need two to five reps to start as a Market Manager.
For fiber providers
RCLX is a door-to-door fiber sales agency for internet providers. As your master dealer, we answer for every rep we put in your market. We specialize in building local teams, in new builds and in markets that need more penetration.
A master dealer is the door-to-door sales agency a fiber provider contracts with directly. Some providers call it a third-party sales vendor.
You send your markets and your homes passed. We reply by email with what the market can support and the questions that scope staffing. In a market that can support a local team, we open with established teams and add local reps on top of them, all of them local.
You pay per completed install. Tell us your homes passed and we will tell you what your market can support.
We have been on the doors five days after an agreement was signed. We have put reps on the doors in every market we have taken. If we cannot staff a market properly, we say so up front.
You do not need to build anything. We work in your CRM and your sales app, or from an export of your sales. If you offer a direct connection to your system, we build to it.
Yes. We specialize in building local teams, in new builds and in markets that need more penetration.
Reps assigned to your contract sell only your service in your market. Each rep knocks only the turf assigned to them. We research the solicitor permit rules for every town in your market before a rep knocks.
