For fiber providers
What each one does to your build.
More providers now ask for locally recruited teams. We specialize in building them.
Side by side
A crew travels into a market for a short, concentrated push.
A blitz crew can burn through your turf and leave.
Some crews show up late, take weeks to get started, or go quiet.
You cannot hit your targets with a partner you cannot count on.
We recruit the team from the market it sells in.
The reps live there and they stay.
We open with established teams and add local reps on top of them, all of them local.
Every rep works under our agreement with you.
When our reps travel
We specialize in building local teams. Our reps travel in two cases.
Where a market is too small to support a local team, we bring in traveling reps, house them, and keep them there for as long as the turf can hold more installs.
We recruit far more reps than a market needs, so it stays staffed when someone leaves. If the market still comes up short, we bring in experienced reps for a week or two while we recruit more.
How we open a market
In a market that can support a local team, we open with established teams and add local reps on top of them, all of them local.
We have been on the doors five days after an agreement was signed.
