For fiber providers

Start with
one market.

You can start with one market. Tell us your homes passed and we will tell you what your market can support. You pay per completed install.

How it works

Four steps to an open market.

  1. 01

    Send your homes passed.

You send your markets and your homes passed. We reply by email with what the market can support and the questions that scope staffing. A call comes once the plan fits. If we cannot staff it properly, we say so up front.

  2. 02

    Agreement and scope.

Turf, pay per completed install, and your brand standards. The start date and the team that starts go in the agreement. We can work off your paper or ours.

  3. 03

    The market opens.

In a market that can support a local team, we open with established teams and add local reps on top of them, all of them local.

  4. 04

    Sales in your system.

We work in your CRM and your sales app, or from an export of your sales.

What you can count on

We staff what we take.

5 days

We have been on the doors five days after an agreement was signed.

Fully staffed

We recruit far more reps than a market needs, so it stays staffed when someone leaves. If the market still comes up short, we bring in experienced reps for a week or two while we recruit more.

The record

We have put reps on the doors in every market we have taken. If we cannot staff a market properly, we say so up front.

Picking the market

We scout before we knock.

Before we accept a market, we measure it. Public FCC filings tell us who serves every home. Our own live availability checks tell us which doors can order today.

What if my market is too small for a local team?

Where a market is too small to support a local team, we bring in traveling reps, house them, and keep them there for as long as the turf can hold more installs.
