RCLX checked 175 addresses across Bloomington/Eden Prairie on August 31, 2026. 45.1% of them could order T-Mobile fiber that day, with a 95 percent range of 38.0%–52.5%.
RCLX checked 174 addresses across Apple Valley/Lakeville on September 1, 2026. 36.2% of them could order T-Mobile fiber that day, with a 95 percent range of 29.4%–43.6%.
RCLX checked 225 addresses across Elk River on September 1, 2026. 4.4% of them could order T-Mobile fiber that day, with a 95 percent range of 2.4%–8.0%.
RCLX has checked 3 addresses across Maplewood/Shoreview as of September 1, 2026, too few to publish a rate for Maplewood yet.
RCLX checked 75 addresses across Woodbury on August 31, 2026. None of them could order T-Mobile fiber that day, which puts the share of Woodbury that is sellable right now under 4.9%.
