How we work
- Before we send a new rep into the field, we make sure they are fully trained. Reps train on FiberPitch.com, with coaching calls and follow-up from our training manager.
- RCLX runs pay, the rep portal, training and payday for the whole team.
- The start date and the team that starts go in the agreement. If we cannot staff a market properly, we say so up front.
