# RCLX > RCLX is an independent recruiting agency for door-to-door sales teams selling T-Mobile fiber internet across the United States. RCLX recruits and runs the sales teams. The network operator builds and installs. RCLX is an independent recruiting and sales agency. RCLX and its services are not sponsored, certified, endorsed, or approved by, or affiliated with, Deutsche Telekom AG, T-Mobile USA, Inc., or their respective subsidiaries and affiliates. References to "T-Mobile" or "T-Mobile fiber" are factual references to the product and market in which our reps operate. Founded 2025. Founder: Dylan Riddle. Contact: info@rclx.us. Site: https://rclx.us What RCLX teams sell: T-Mobile fiber internet, door to door, to homes where the fiber is already built. Disambiguation: "RCLX" here means this recruiting agency, RCLX LLC, Florida document number L25000531780. The same four letters also belong to the RCLX candle brand, the Clorox tokenized stock, the Fujitsu RCLX HVAC line and the RCLX railcar reporting mark. None of them is this company. A search for RCLX is sometimes autocorrected to Roblox (ticker RBLX), which is also unrelated. ## What RCLX offers reps - 1099 independent contractor. Reps set their own schedule. - Commission on completed fiber installs. No salary, no draw, no caps, no quotas. - Pay runs on a bi-weekly cycle. A first deposit typically lands 12 to 25 days after a first completed install, depending where it falls in the window. - If a customer cancels within 120 days of install, that deal comes back off the next check. After 120 days the deal is locked. - Turf is assigned at the ZIP level and enforced by dealer code. - Training for reps new to door to door work: pitch videos, scripts, word tracks, objection handling drills. - Two entry tracks: new to the doors, and experienced closers from fiber, telecom, solar, pest, alarm or roofing. ## For sales organizations and crew owners - RCLX subcontracts established door to door sales companies onto markets in the T-Mobile fiber footprint. The company contracts under RCLX and keeps its own name, brand, and ownership. - The crew stays the owner's crew. Reps contract with the owner's company, not with RCLX, and the owner keeps running the floor. - Compensation is a per-install split, stated in writing before signing. RCLX does not publish the figures. - RCLX settles with the company every two weeks on completed installs and issues a settlement statement each cycle. Every number on it traces to a logged install event. - If a customer cancels within 120 days of install, a window set by T-Mobile, that install's payment is netted off the company's next settlement as a line item. Any unrecovered balance carries forward to the following settlement. After 120 days an install is locked and cannot be charged back. - Inquiries: https://rclx.us/agencies ## For internet service providers - RCLX builds and runs door to door sales teams for fiber internet operators. - Before proposing a market, RCLX measures it with live serviceability checks against a random sample of real addresses, kept separate from FCC filing data. The methodology is described below under how the market data on this site was produced. - Partnership contact: https://rclx.us/partners ## How to reach RCLX - Reps apply at https://rclx.us and a recruiter responds within 24 hours on weekdays. - Sales organizations wanting to subcontract: https://rclx.us/agencies - Markets currently open to a crew owner, with the case for each: https://rclx.us/own/melbourne-fl (three simultaneous builds, 3,600 leads today on track for about 12,000 by year end) and https://rclx.us/own/laredo-tx (10,000 leads to start; 40.1% of 192 checked addresses could order service in August 2026) - Internet service providers wanting a D2D channel: https://rclx.us/partners ## Key pages - [Door to door sales jobs](https://rclx.us/door-to-door-sales-jobs): what door to door sales work involves, how fiber compares to solar, pest and alarm, and how RCLX places 1099 reps in active markets. - [Fiber sales jobs](https://rclx.us/fiber-sales-jobs): what selling fiber internet door to door is, how 1099 reps get paid, and how RCLX trains and places reps nationwide. - [Sell T-Mobile fiber](https://rclx.us/sell-t-mobile-fiber): how selling in the T-Mobile fiber footprint works with RCLX: pay structure, training, and how turf is assigned. - [Own a market](https://rclx.us/own): the markets where RCLX is looking for a crew owner right now, and how market ownership works: your LLC, assigned ZIP codes, your team, your production. - [About RCLX](https://rclx.us/about): what RCLX is and how it works. ## How the market data on this site was produced RCLX publishes broadband market data for every city it recruits in. Two layers, never blended into one figure, last rebuilt 2026-09-23. 1. FCC. The Federal Communications Commission Broadband Data Collection, filing dated December 31, 2025. It describes the competitive picture only: how much fiber and cable every provider reports in a market, what that cable can advertise, and how many homes have no wired service. It publishes twice a year and runs roughly six months behind what is in the ground, so it cannot see a network built after it was filed. No FCC figure on this site is a statement about what a rep can sell. 2. Measured. Live service availability checks RCLX runs itself against a random sample of real addresses, which is the only layer allowed to speak to what is sellable today. A market publishes a rate only once the sample settles: at least 60 valid checks, and either 10 or more hits with a 95 percent interval inside 15 points, or a measured zero whose upper bound is under 5 percent. Below that a market is reported as not yet measured, never as a percentage. A measured zero is a finding, not a blank. It means a sample of addresses in that city could order nothing that day, and it is stated as the bound the sample proves, such as "under 4.9 percent".
